Aware of the growing demand in the field of visual inspection, we have developed larger machines. Like all our products, these are developed in-house, making customization easy and accessible.
Our products are composed of a curved screen of in-house manufacture, a batch of cameras (the characteristics of course depend on the customer's request) ideally positioned, as well as computer equipment for data acquisition, processing and restitution of results.
OptiPaint is specifically desgined to meet OEM’ paint standards, for inline vehicle inspection. Enabling ultra high accuracy, combined to very low cycle times.
Tunnel shaped, it does not have any moving parts (no costly robot systems needed), does not need any line customization, and (!) can be ramped up in a couple of weeks; without any AI teaching!
OptiHail is desgined to meet a specific demand: rapid on-site deployment of a scanner to check large quantity of vehicles impacted by hail.
OptiHail is composed of a mobile arch moving above the vehicle. Several cameras look at the reflection of the pattern and by a proprietary algorithm, the number and size of impacts is determined in accordance for all bodywork elements.
